"If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I spent the better part of a half hour explaining what I needed n it was simple transfer paid coverage to a car they had previously insured n I was told to take plates to DMV n they failed to do any of what we had discussed inturn costing me a fine for no insurance when it was explained in full over n over until I knew they Understood the situation. when I called n asked what had happened I got the oblivious act n I was told I just had to pay a fine. Like what?! U didn't do ur job n now you've cost me a lapse of insurance? You pay the fine! The absolute worst. If u plan on doing the job for them n spoon feeding it to them...it may work out but after 20+ years of making money off me...that was a total wrap n completely unbelievable! Good bye!"

"I could not give less of a rating. Dan has made so many mistakes he could not answer for every month( sometimes more than monthly). I have been handing money to him hand over fist just to find out there were discrepancies and lapses where there should not have been. When my girlfriend went down in person to try to get answers she was met with condescending tones and comments. We are now with a different agent but still state farm and they can't even figure out where my money went or why my bills were so erratic. Come to find out I had a lapse 5 moths ago that he said was fixed. Keep your receipts. Statements if you still plan to go here and if you send a lady in she will be treated less than. Sorry for the rant but I could not be more unhappy and cannot do much about it."

"Horrible customer service, very rude agent named Marry. She’s at the first desk when you walk in. She over talks you and can’t own up to her mistakes and loves to use the word Ignorant. She yells and gives false information. Do not trust this women or this agency with you’re personal credit information."
